Return Policy
Effective Date: April 1, 2022
This Return Policy (“Return Policy”) pertains to tangible products (“Hardware”) purchased by you (the “Customer”, “you”, or “your”) from or through Westchester Media Works, LLC (the “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A MINIMUM 15% RESTOCKING FEE.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) to us within 30 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following:
- All returns must include a valid RMA number (see The Return Process below)
- All returned items must be in new condition
- All returned items must include all accompanying accessories, including, but not limited to, all:
- manuals and documentation
- software support media (OS, driver disks, etc.)
- power and data cables
- assembly hardware and tools
- blank warranty cards
- All returned items must be in their original, unaltered packaging, including:
- all packing material
- an intact UPC code
Non-refundable Items
Special-order items, including items provided as part of a custom design, are non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items
At our discretion, defective items may be refunded, exchanged (for the same or equivalent model), or repaired.
We must receive claims for missing items or items damaged in transit within two (2) business days of your receipt of merchandise.
Refunds and Credits
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will reimburse you using the same means of payment used to place the order. Please allow up to 14 days from when we receive the return for a credit to appear. Please note that we can only refund the original purchase price less a 15% restocking fee. Any applicable shipping or handling fees are non-refundable.
Limited Liability
Warranties are provided by the manufacturer of each product. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages attributable to your use of any product purchased from or through us.
We are not responsible for personal items or data left on returned merchandise. Please remove all such items and data before returning merchandise.
The Return Process
Locate Your Order
- Log in to your account
- Click on Orders
- Click the “View” button next to your order
- For the item(s) to be returned, note the:
- Order #
- Order Date
- Product Name /Description
Request an RMA
- From your account, click on Request RMA
- Fill out the RMA request form using the information gathered in Step 1
- Click Submit
- We will send you an RMA via e‑mail
It may take up to 48 hours for us to process your request. Please wait for your RMA number. Packages returned without a valid RMA number issued will be rejected.
Pack, Label and Ship
- Print copies of the RMA (a copy must be affixed to each return package)
- Pack all items securely in their original packing
- Arrange for return shipping (see return address below) and securely affix the return shipping label
We strongly recommend you ship via an insured service with a tracking number. We cannot be held responsible for lost packages or packages damaged during return shipment. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the Customer.
